IVF Clinic Rates is operated by Luna Directories, an independent publisher based in Virginia, USA ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to the terms below. They are short because the site does one thing: it lists public information about clinics.

Information only

IVF Clinic Rates provides information about fertility clinics for general reference. The success rates shown are the CDC's published figures for a single data year and describe the average experience of a clinic's past patients; they cannot predict any individual's outcome and are not a measure of clinic quality. Clinic names, addresses and phone numbers can change after the CDC release. Confirm with the clinic before you rely on anything here.

This site is an index of public data, not medical advice. Nothing here can tell you which clinic is right for you; discuss your own history, diagnosis and options with a reproductive endocrinologist. If you have a medical question, contact a licensed physician. The site does not sell, recommend or rank clinics by opinion, and it receives no payment from clinics.

Accuracy and corrections

Success-rate figures are copied from the CDC National ART Surveillance System as published and are not altered. Clinic names, addresses and phone numbers are as clinics reported them to the CDC and may have changed since; we do not inspect clinics or audit their reports. If you find an error in a clinic detail, use the correction form; we will verify it and update the page. Errors in the CDC figures themselves can only be corrected by the CDC. We do not accept payment to add, remove or alter a listing.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna Directories and IVF Clinic Rates are not liable for any loss, cost or damage (including any treatment, financial or clinic-selection decision made in reliance on a success rate or clinic detail shown here) arising from use of, or reliance on, the information here.

Linking and reuse

• You may link to any page, and we encourage it.
• You may quote individual facts with attribution and a link to the page.
• Bulk copying, scraping or republishing the listing dataset, in whole or in substantial part, is not permitted without written permission. The underlying government records are public; our compilation, normalization and checks are our work.

Third-party content

Pages link to clinic websites, map providers, the CDC and other public records, and advertisers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Advertisements are clearly separated from the data, are non-personalized, and never influence which clinics are listed or how their figures are shown; an ad is not an endorsement of any clinic, product or treatment.

Submissions

By submitting a correction or claim you confirm you have the right to share that information and you grant us permission to publish it, edited for accuracy and format, on the relevant listing. Do not submit personal information about other people.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled by correspondence will be brought in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site adds features (for example owner-claimed listings). The current text is always at this address with its effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
