Sponsorship terms

Effective Oct 22, 2026. These terms add to the site's terms of use.

A sponsorship is a paid, labelled placement on IVF Clinic Rates, sold by Luna Directories ("we"). What each product includes and costs is on the sponsorship page.

Billing

• Sponsorships are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Prices are those shown at checkout. If we change a price, the change applies from your next renewal and we tell you by email at least 30 days before.
• Stripe emails your receipt for every payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time, without asking us, from the Stripe customer portal. Your placement stays up until the end of the period you have paid for and then comes off the site automatically. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Refunds

If you cancel part way through a period, email [email protected] and we refund the unused part, pro rata by day. If we remove a placement under the rules below, or a slot turns out to be full after you paid, we refund the unused part without being asked.

Content rules

• Plain text only: up to 160 characters of description, no success-rate claims, no "best" or "#1" claims, no guarantees of pregnancy or live birth, no comparisons with other clinics.
• Any figure in a description must be the clinic's own CDC figure for the same year and age band, or it is removed.
• The website and booking link must belong to the clinic and load over HTTPS.
• We remove a profile that breaks these rules or misleads patients, and refund the unused part of the period.

What sponsorship does not buy

• CDC success rates, denominators, footnotes and the national averages are shown exactly as the CDC publishes them, for every clinic, whether or not it pays.
• Clinic lists stay alphabetical or by cycle volume. Paying never moves a clinic up a list, and no clinic is ranked against another.
• Sponsored content sits below the CDC tables, is labelled "Sponsored profile", and is never added to the structured data search engines read for clinic pages.
• We do not accept payment to remove a clinic, hide a figure or change how a figure is described.

Review and removal

Every new placement is checked automatically (the website loads over HTTPS, the phone number is valid, the slot exists and is not full, no blocked words) before it goes live, and may be reviewed by a person at any time. We may decline or remove a placement that breaks these rules, misleads readers, links to a site that stops working or changes owner, or that we cannot keep up for legal reasons. If we do, we tell you by email and refund the unused part. To change your text, logo or link, use the contact page.

Labels and disclosure

Every placement is labelled as sponsored and its links carry rel="sponsored". We describe sponsorships in our advertising disclosure.

Liability

We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, calls or customers. Our total liability for a sponsorship is limited to what you paid for it in the last 12 months. The governing law is the one in the site's terms of use (the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA).
